Through the relaxed and conversational nature of this course, I will provide weekly checkins, one on one zoom sessions every 3 weeks over the course of a 4 month period.

Reiki 1
Course pre-requisites: none
Become a Certified Usui Reiki Level 1 Healer honoring the sacred Japanese practice of Reiki Healing.
During Reiki 1 training, you are taught the general principles of Reiki and become familiarized with its history, tradition and roots.
You will receive a take home guide and the first attunement focused mainly on opening up the physical body so that it can then accept the energy.
You will learn how to feel Reiki energy, you will also be taught and have practice on how to give a treatment, firstly to yourself and in Reiki 2, you will learn to provide that energy healing for others in person and at a distance. This part of the course assists the integration of the energy and gives you the tools to become a Reiki Practitioner, if you so choose.
On completion of the course, you will receive the First Degree Reiki Certificate as well as on-going support and advice.

Reiki 2
Course pre-requisites: Completed the Reiki 1 certification in order to attend the Reiki 2 course.

Deepening the understanding, energy and practice, the Reiki Level 2 course is conducted over 1.5 days and covers the following:
You will receive a take home guide and the second attunement focused mainly on opening up the physical body so that it can then accept the energy, receiving the Reiki Symbols.

Hand Positions for treatment of others
Practical sessions on giving and receiving Reiki
